Q: Do I need to have a lawn for the stork sign installation?

Absolutely! To ensure a proper and safe setup, we need a traditional residential lawn—a nice, open grassy area with accessible soil. Unfortunately, we can’t install signs in spots covered with rocks, pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, raised beds, garden pots, or thick landscaping. Plus, we avoid placing signs near public utility boxes, water mains, or other city, county, or state-owned structures to prevent any access issues or fines. Our expert team will stake the sign securely into the ground. Got questions about installation? Give us a shout!

We offer just the bundles for those who live in apartments or don’t have a traditional lawn.

Q: When should I reserve a stork?

We’re amped to help with your new baby announcement signs! For scheduled births or events, make sure to book in advance to secure your preferred delivery date. If it’s a surprise arrival, no worries! Call us as soon as the baby is born, and we’ll spark into action to have the stork sign up within 48 hours. If you’ve filled out our form, expect a call to confirm your order and process payment. Q: How long can I rent the Stork Sign for?

Q: Where will you install the newborn announcement sign in the yard?

We want your new baby stork sign to be perfectly placed for all your special moments and photos. By default, we set it up in the front yard, easily visible from the street. Have a specific spot in mind? Just let us know before we arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Your satisfaction with the sign’s placement is our top priority!

We accept payment via Credit card by phone, Venmo, Cash app or via Email invoice. Please note that storks are not reserved without payment.

Q: What is your service area?

We’re based in Scranton and offer delivery within 10 miles for free. For locations 10-20 miles, there is a delivery fee of $10. For locations 20- 30 miles away, there’s a $20 delivery charge. We handle everything from delivery to setup to pickup, so you can enjoy this special time with your new bundle of joy!

Q: How much does the new baby stork lawn sign cost? Do you charge any additional fees?

We’d love to help you celebrate your little one’s arrival with our adorable stork signs! For just $85, you can rent a stork sign for your birth announcement, complete with a personalized bundle you can keep as a memento. If you’re within 20 miles of our base in Scranton, delivery is free For locations up to 20-30 miles away, we charge an additional $20. We take care of everything from delivery to setup to pickup, so you can focus on enjoying this special time!

Q: How much are sibling/message stars/dog bones and cat signs?

Adding extra charm to your baby announcement is a breeze! Our sibling star signs, message signs, dog bones, and cat signs are available for just $25 each. Personalize them with your own message, and they’ll be left behind as keepsakes at the end of the rental period. We offer these signs in both pink and blue so everyone can feel included in the fun. Q: What service do you offer for twins, triplets, and quadruplets?

If you’re blessed with multiples, we’ve got you covered! We offer separate stork signs for each baby. Each bundle will include the details of your precious little ones. Contact us to learn more about our special offer for multiple births!

Q: What Signs do you offer for proud grandparents?

Congratulations on becoming a grandparent! We know it’s a special moment, and we want to help you announce it to the world. We offer stork signs for proud grandparents, with generic bundles starting at $65and personalized bundles for $85. The storks can be rented for 7 days and will be installed in your yard to share the exciting news with your community. Personalized bundles include the baby’s details and are left behind as keepsakes. Contact us to learn more about renting a stork sign for your grandbaby announcement.

Q: Can I move, mow around, or attach anything to the sign?

Please do not move or remove the yard sign, as this can cause damage. If you need the sign relocated before the rental period ends, kindly contact us, and we will take care of it for you. When mowing or using a weed eater near the sign, please exercise extreme caution to avoid any contact that could cause damage. Additionally, do not attach anything to the sign, including balloons, as popped balloons can cause permanent damage when the latex bakes into the sign under the sun.

Q: What happens if the stork yard sign gets damaged?

If you notice any damage to the sign, please notify Scranton Storks and More immediately. While our signs are durable and weather-resistant, they are not designed for climbing. We are not responsible for any injuries involving the sign during the rental period. The renter assumes full responsibility and liability for the sign and any damage that occurs while it is on their property. By ordering a sign, you accept these responsibilities. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.

Q: Under what circumstances do you cancel an order?

Payment must be made 24 hours before the stork delivery date to avoid order cancellation. We will contact you via phone, text, or email to remind you of the pending payment and make sure everything is in order for your special occasion. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Q: What is your refund policy?

We always strive to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability, but if there are any issues with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund. Please note that we require a 24-hour notice to fulfill any last-minute requests that weren’t previously discussed at the time of booking. You’re eligible for a full refund if you cancel your stork sign rental at least 24 hours before the delivery date or if extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide a refund if we can’t access a gated community, the security guard at a gated community refuses entry, the homeowner or recipient doesn’t allow us to set up the sign, or there’s a threatening animal preventing access to the property. Your understanding in these situations is highly appreciated, and we always strive to ensure your satisfaction with our service.
